A SMALL SILVER DUTCH CASTER
MARK OF JAN CORNELIS VAN HEMERT, MIDDELBURG, 1791
Engraved with stiff leaves; also a pair of Dutch silver salts by the same maker, Middelburg, 1790, the openwork sides decorated with garlands and portrait medallions, blue glass liners; a Dutch silver caster in the early 18th century taste with bayonet fitting, 1909; a French vase-shaped fused plate coffee pot with maker's mark, circa 1800; a pair of gadroon-edged navette-shaped salts, mark of GSC, probably Sicilian, 1820; and an unmarked silver-lined and mounted coconut shell dipper, circa 1790, finely carved with military tropies
