面淺刻雙螭龍，背刻蔡襄《修貢亭》詩句，署乙亥（1755）年，鈐印「古香」、「太璞」。
此牌源自美國肯薩斯私人收藏，1996年9月11日於紐約蘇富比拍賣，拍品54。曾著錄於1998年出版Christopher Randall著《The Brush and the Stone, Chinese Jades, Snuff Bottles and Works of Art》，圖版9號。
