The figure carved wearing flowing robes incised and gilt with shou characters and peach sprigs, the hems decorated with a wave and cloud pattern, the large domed head, slightly inclined to his left with a serene smiling expression, his right hand raised to the waist and holding a ruyi sceptre, the stone of cream-beige tone with liver-red streaks, minor restoration and small chips
