Set with an oval-shaped spinel weighing 7.07 carats, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround and gallery, extending to the half-hoop, flanked by briolette diamond clusters, mounted in 18k white gold, ring size 6
Accompanied by report no. 68329 dated 27 May 2013 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the 7.07 carat spinel is of Burma (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of any treatment
