Comprising a necklace, the clasp and front set with oval-shaped rubies weighing 5.21, 3.63, 2.79, 2.21, 2.02, 1.54, 1.25 and 1.23 carats, each within brilliant-cut diamond surrounds, spaced by brilliant and oval-shaped diamonds, joined by a collet-set brilliant-cut diamond double-row neckchain, mounted in 18k white gold; and a ring set to the center with an oval-shaped ruby weighing 4.02 carats, flanked by oval-shaped diamonds, mounted in 18k white and yellow gold, necklace 40.4 cm long, ring size 5¼
Accompanied by report no. 0103518 dated 15 March 2001 from the Gübelin Gemmological Laboratory stating that the 3.63 carat ruby is of Madagascar origin, with no indications of heating
Three reports dated 17 March 2001 to 19 August 2002 from the Gem Research Swiss Lab stating that the 4.02, 2.79 and 2.02 carat rubies are of Madagascar origin, with no indication of thermal treatment
Three reports dated 4 December 2000 to 16 July 2002 from the Gem Research Swiss Lab stating that the 1.54, 1.25 and 1.23 carat rubies are of Burma (Myanmar) origin, with no indication of thermal treatment

in Burma (e.g., sapphires), such items may be imported into the U.S.,
provided that the gemstones have been mounted or incorporated into jewellery
outside of Burma and provided that the setting is not of a temporary nature
(e.g., a string).
