The multi-headed and multi-armed deity stepping to the right with his numerous feet on the back of various animals and consorts, the left feet on birds, another multi-headed deity below him, the numerous heads wearing skull headdresses before a flame, wearing dhoti and a skull apron, the principle hands holding a vajra, dhorje, kappala and other attributes held in the outer arms, on a lotus petal base, canopy missing, minor gilt rubbing
