Of baluster form with short spout and strap handle, the center inscribed "WILLIAM EVANS" centering a medallion with Masonic symbols and inscribed "WASHINGTON LODGE/No. 3" above an archway and pillars flanked on one side with an eagle and sixteen stars, all enclosed by sixteen interlocking rings with the name of the States, the other side with Masonic devices
