Raised on a tall foot, and carved around the midsection with a field of raised bosses between bow-string bands, with borders of lappets around the foot and neck, those at the neck interrupted by a pair of mask and ring handles beneath archaistic flanges, the cover carved with further lappets beneath a later-added metal finial
