AN 1895 PATTERN INFANTRY OFFICER'S SWORD

With slightly curved fullered blade with double spear point, etched with floral decoration 'VR' cypher and stand-of-arms, the guard with 'VR' cypher, wire bound fish skin grip, nickle plated scabbard, silk sword knot, number 'M 2281'
32½ in. (82.5 cm.) blade
Together with an Artillery Officer's sword, late 19th/early 20th century, with slightly curved fullered blade with double spear point, steel hilt, wire bound fish skin grip, leather scabbard and sword knot -- 34½ in. (88 cm.) blade (2)
