VARIOUS MAKER'S MARKS, LONDON, LATE 18TH CENTURY,
each fully marked, comprising a small coffee pot with hinged cover and wood handle, Hester Bateman, 1777; an oval tea caddy with hinged cover and incised with crest, Peter and Ann Bateman, 1791; a reticulated navette-form sugar basket with swing handle and blue glass inset, Hester Bateman, 1784; and a small helmet-form cream jug, monogrammed, Peter and Jonathan Bateman, 1790
