With an excerpt from the "Escape from the Cave of Polyphemos," featuring two of Odysseus' companions, each tied to the underside of a large ram, the men both bearded, shown clutching the rams, their feet extending beyond their tails, their mantles and scabbards hanging below, a tree between with a bird perched on the spreading branches above each ram, details in added white, including the ram's underslung horns; with a band of net-pattern below, a band of ribbon above, palmettes on the shoulders, vertical lines above
