Both sides with a departure scene, one with a charioteer driving a quadriga to the right, wearing a sleeveless chiton, standing in the chariot box and holding the reins and a goad, a draped man and a dog in the background, the man with a fillet in his hair, gesticulating with one raised hand; the other side with a warrior, in profile to the left, standing between a draped male and female, the warrior armed in greaves and a crested Corinthian helmet, holding a spear and a circular shield with a chariot box in added white as a blazon, his dog beside him facing right; tongues on the shoulders, three palmettes on the neck, lotus-bud chain encircling below the scenes, rays above the foot, a quatrefoil of palmettes, lotus buds and spiraling tendrils below each triple-reeded handle, details in added red and white, a graffito on the underside of the foot
