LATE PERIOD, DYNASTY XXVI-XXX, 664-343 B.C.
Solid cast, depicted mummiform with the arms folded across the chest, his fisted hands emerging from beneath his vestment, right over left, holding a crook and a flail, wearing an elaborate broad collar and a plumed atef-crown fronted by a uraeus and supported by ram horns, his features well modelled, with almond-shaped eyes, the fleshy lips pressed together, the filtrum indicated, the plaited chin beard curved at its tip, on an integral plinth, a tenon below for insertion
