NEW KINGDOM, DYNASTY XIX, REIGN OF RAMESSES II, CIRCA 1279-1212 B.C.
Modelled with left hand underneath the offering tray with runnel and shallow relief of offerings and inscription reading: "King of Upper and Lower Egypt, Lord of the Two Lands, Ramesses", around the sides another inscription in deeply incised hieroglyphs: "Son of Re, Lord of Appearances (Ramesses-mery-amun), beloved of Atum, Lord of Heliopolis", 12 in. (30.5 cm.) long; an Egyptian fragmentary sandstone block with traces of hieroglyphs in a column, the lower part of a seated figure and a stp-adze sign, New Kingdom, circa 1450-1085 B.C., 7 in. (18 cm.) wide; and a black granite fragment, 10 in. (25.5 cm.) long (3)
