THIRD INTERMEDIATE PERIOD, DYNASTY XXII, CIRCA 946-735 B.C.
Gessoed and gilt, with linen bandages preserved underneath, depicted mummiform, his arms folded over his chest, his fisted palms opposed, wearing an intricately carved beaded collar, his crown with carved uraeus tail snaking up the front, bronze head now missing, mortices at the side for bronze horns and plumes, now missing, with a bronze false beard, his chin straps, brows and eyelines inlaid with lapis lazuli, left eye with black hardstone pupil remaining
