MIDDLE KINGDOM, DYNASTY XII, CIRCA 1939-1759 B.C.
Standing, crouched forward with tail curled over its back, with black spots, on integral base, ears restored; and an Egyptian faience seated frog, with incised mouth, traces of green and turquoise colour, some surface restoration, Middle Kingdom, circa 2052-1778 B.C., both reputedly found together
