Depicting the "Goddess of the West," a form of Hathor, facing right and standing on a plinth, wearing a tightly-fitted red sheath with blue shoulder straps, and a blue tripartite wig with a diadem securing her ostrich feather attribute, adorned with bracelets, armlets, anklets and a broad collar, flanked on either side by a uraeus upon a staff, each with its long body coiled around the shaft
