Another mother-of-pearl portrait relief, almost certainly from the same hand, was sold as lot 179 in the sale of the collection of Adalbert von Lanna (Prague, 21-28 March 1911). This was a double portrait of Philip II and Charles V. Interestingly, the images of the two Philips, who were grandfather and grandson, are virtually identical, even down to the decorative motif on each of their hats.
