possibly Brampton, the everted rim sprigged to the interior and exterior with scrolls and stylised flowerheads, the underside moulded with quarter-length profile portraits of Victoria and Albert, and the Royal Arms, circa 1845 (some rim chips) -- 32.7cm. diam.
