An incense container, a sutra container and a reliquary
Edo Period (17th - 19th century)
The copper gilt lotus flower bowl with flat cover surmounted by a flaming sacred pearl, the foot modelled as a lotus leaf; the sutra container hexagonal and copper gilt with engraved Buddhistic figures and inscriptions; the reliquary in the form of a lotus leaf supporting a glass sacred pearl containing various semi-precious stones, the copper gilt mount chased and engraved with flowers on a nanako ground, attached lacquered wood stand
