The thick bowl of twenty-eight plate iron, in early style with thirteen rows of rivets, the front wide plate covered with copper and mounted with gilt shinodare mounted also with rivets, with five-stage gilt tehen-kanamono, with iron mabizashi, the back plate with two rows of shinodare with agemaki-no-kan, and plain undulating mabizashi, the fukigaeshi covered with leather with metal kanamono decorated with shakudo plum mon, with four-stage ita-jikoro, the sides with gilded shachihoko-style fish wakidate
