The arms almost certainly correspond to those of Alamanno Salviati, (d. 1733) who was 'apostolic protonotar' of Urbino and was ordained cardinal in 1733.
The Salviati family became extinct with Cardinal Gregorio Salviati (d. 1794) but the name and titles of this family were taken by Prince Scipione Borghese, son of Prince Francesco Borghese and of Donna Anna Maria Salviati.
