AN IVORY OPIUM PIPE, 18TH CENTURY
the long hollow section of the pipe carved in ivory, a small tree shrew amongst fruiting vines carved in relief near the closed end of the body, with silver mounts bearing ruyi-head motifs and lobed jadeite bowl -- 22in. (56cm.) long, with twin boxwood mounts and fitted box.
