AN OTTOMAN SILVER SHALLOW BOWL, TURKEY, 19TH CENTURY
With a rounded base, later inscribed with the Basmallah above a further inscription, From Water Everything Lives or is Alive -- 6in. (15.3cm.) diam; a silver coffee pot and cover, decorated in repousse with bold scroling floral designs -- 6¼in. (15.8cm.) high; a silver dish, impressed marks to the centre -- 5½in. (14cm.) diam; and a silver candlestick, impressed mark -- 13¼in. (33.5cm.) high. (4)
