marked Fabergé an engraved number N12, circa 1912

The circular centre with St. George over red sunburst guilloché enamel ground within four stylised white and blue enamel shields enclosing the monograms of Peter the Great, Catherine II, Alexander I and Nicholas II, intervalled by Imperial double headed eagles.
