Painted in Ming style with simulated 'heaping and piling' with peony meander on the body and scrolling peony sprays on the neck between the two tubular handles that are decorated with a foliate spray, all within decorative borders, and with a band of petal lappets encircling the flared foot, all reserved on a lemon-yellow ground
