Keywound cylinder movement, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, concealed under a spring-loaded cover with engraved foliage and black enamel, enhanced with diamond-set decoration, opened by sliding a button in the handle, lorgnette-form case with finely chased and engraved floral and foliage decoration to both sides, folded lorgnettes released by sliding a spring catch in the band, gold plate surrounding, gold chain with gold and black enamel spacer
