Chancery 4° (197 x 130mm). Collation: a-i8 k6 l4 (a1r title with woodcut of Antoninus at his desk, a1v blank, a2r text, k6r colophon, k6v woodcut of a confession). 82 leaves. 36 lines. Type: 4:85R. Two woodcuts, woodcut white-on-black and lombard initials. (Some spotting, last leaf defective with partial loss of colophon.) Early 20th-century purple morocoo, spine lettered in gilt, gilt edges. Provenance: Harmsworth Trust (sale Sotheby's, 7 July 1947, lot 3058, £22 to Foyle).
