Median quarto (237 x 172mm). 436 leaves. Paragraph marks and capital strokes in red in the first section [Legenda], red initials throughout (dampstaining, heavier at ends). Modern brown morocco, red edges. Provenance: a few marginal comments and corrections – Hilgenrade, monastery of Benedictine nuns in the diocese of Bremen, by bequest of Gherhardus Brandis, canon of the cathedral of Bremen, 26 March 1518 (inscription) – Martinus Schwartzen, vicar in the cathedral of Minden (inscription dated 1674).
