Collation: [1-1210 13-168] 1/1 blank, 1/2 incipit printed in red, 16/8r colophon and device printed in red, 16/8v blank). 151 (of 152, without first blank) leaves. 30 lines. Type; 3:91G, 5:118G, 10:118G. Woodcut printer's device at end. 5-line initials opening text in interlocking red and blue, 2-line initials in red or blue, paragraph marks, underlinings and capital strokes in red, 16/17th-century ms. foliation. Most pinholes at fore-edge preserved. (Faint dampstain at beginning.) Early 20th-century crushed tan morocco by Chambolle-Duru, marbled and gilt edges. Provenance: Sir Thomas Edward Watson (1851-1921; bookplate; by descent to the present owners).
