Peak Formation depicts five men working together to form the shape of a pyramid by stacking their body with an unusual upside down position with a giant teal figure in the middle of the formation. In this work, Edo incorporates an ornamental tribal pattern in the background and the body of each figures. Edo uses his signature dotting technique with elongated circles to create layer and depth in this work – showcasing an interesting juxtaposition between the traditional and the contemporary. Edo's works explore the many ideas and commentaries of his existence as a social being. Through his works, Edo highlights the dynamic movement of the traditional people and the precarious tensions and balance of existing within modern culture.
