This signature was acquired at Elvis Presley's concert in Washington on 27th June, 1976. The vendor, a long-standing friend of Elton John's mother, was invited to the concert by Elton and his mother. It was the first time Elton John met his hero Elvis Presley, and a press clipping from the Washington Post at the time quotes Elton as ...being so nervous he didn't know what to say.
