woodcut, 1912, on cream wove paper, a strong impression, signed in pencil, entitled by Ada Nolde, from the edition of circa 25 impressions, with margins, additional work by hand to the left eye, nose and mouth of the subject (presumably by the artist), remains of old hinges at the upper sheet corners, traces of adhesive in the upper margin
