Frances, daughter of 3rd Duke of Grafton, K.G., married Lord Francis Almeric Spencer, 1st Baron Churchill, 2nd son of 4th Duke of Marlborough on 25 November 1800. Her son, William Henry was born 12 April 1810. He married firstly 23 January 1838, Elizabeth Rose (d. 25 March 1851) daughter of Thomas Thornhill of Woodleys and had issue.
