A portrait of the Archduke Leopold Wilhelm, younger son of Emperor Ferdinand II of Austria, by Jan van den Hoecke, in similar costume and format but turned to the right, is in the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna, G. Leopold Wilhelm was Governor of the Spanish Netherlands from 1647 to 1656.
