EARLY WESTERN ZHOU DYNASTY, CIRCA 11TH-10TH CENTURY BC
All shown crouching and carved on both sides with circular eyes, simple grooves to outline the legs and detail the paws, and a tiny tail; the smallest of pale greenish-white color thicker than the others and with a concave depression on either side of the ears; the dark grey-green figure with traces of original saw marks; and one cut out in the shape of side-by-side rabbits, their ears also slightly concave, the stone now completely opaque and of olive-buff color
