Bearwardcote Blaze No.18501 was bred and exhibited by J. and M. Walwyn, and in the Shire Horse Society Show of 1901 in London won cups for classes 1, 2 and 3, as well as winning first prize in class 2, the Champion Cup, and the Gold Challenge Cup.
