CHINE, DYNASTIE QING, EPOQUE QIANLONG (1736-1795)
The globular body rises to a tall cylindrical neck and is decorated with an incised and lightly moulded writhing dragon chasing a flaming pearl, all picked out in a very pale celadon glaze. The dragon is reserved on a ground of underglaze blue swirling and crashing waves which extend all over the body; minute rim chips.
