This chair was one of five Weber chairs purchased directly from KEM Weber by the architect Harwell Hamilton Harris as part of the original furnishings of the Cecil J. Birtcher house designed in 1941-42. One of these chairs is in the Stewart collection of the Museé des Arts Décoratifs in Montreal.
