Chancery 4°. Collation: A-P4 (A1r title, A1v ?blank, A2r preface addressed to Francisco Borgia, A3r text, P4r finis, P4v blank). 60 leaves. 28 lines with headline and shoulder notes. Type: 3:111R. Four 6-line woodcut floreated initials. (Title cut down and mounted, repairs along inner margin of A2 and P1.4, light browning, lower margins dampstained.)
