the finial modelled as a fisherman holding a net and standing on rockwork, twin dragon handles and reticulated base modelled as blossoming prunus branches, the body relief decorated with a warrior in a landscape and a wader bird in a river among lotus, all on grounds of dragon roundels, archaic motifs and geometric designs -- 21½in. (54.5cms) high, signed to finial, (slight wear).
