CADILLAC 345 LA SALLE FLEETWOOD ROADSTER
A SCRATCH-BUILT CHILD'S ELECTRIC CAR

This half-scale, scratch-built model was constructed in 1994/95, to near exact proportions of the original car owned by a collector in Wisconsin, USA. The attention to detail is quite outstanding; every part is hand crafted and the coachwork is traditionally constructed with aluminium panelling clad over a wooden frame. This is mounted on a steel chassis and the car is powered by a 24v electric motor with variable forward and reverse speeds, controlled by the accelerator pedal. It is finished in two-tone metallic green with gold coachlines and features working lights, opening doors and dickey seat, an imitation engine which conceals the two 12 volt batteries, folding hood, foot and hand brakes, twin spare tyres and wire wheels, nickel plated brightwork and mascot and even a picnic trunk!

Many hours of meticulous preparation and work were spent to build this fantastic child's car and we recommend close inspection.
