The drum-shaped case surmounted by a reclining nude drinking from a cup, flanked to each side by a horn-blowing youthful faun, the white enamel dial painted with flowers and with Roman numerals and minuted divisions, the twin-train movement with countwheel strike on a bell, on a rectangular base with rounded ends and inset with putti supporting foliate scrolls, on toupie feet
