In the Louis XVI style, last quarter 19th Century
The mirror with a broken arched top surmounted by ribbon-tied foliate cresting and swags and with two pineapple finials and pierced frieze, with an arched bevelled centreplate, flanked to each side by a rectangular bevelled plate with ribbon-and-thread channelled frame; the console with a breakfront brèche violette marble top with curved sides, above egg-and-dart moulding and a pierced foliate frieze, hung with ribbon-tied foliate festoons, on square tapering scrolled legs with acanthus-carved knees and ribbon scroll, on acanthus-carved scroll feet
