The serpentine-shaped top with a shaped superstructure fitted with four small drawers, above a gilt-tooled leather writing surface, flanked to each side by a twin-light candle-arm with foliate-cast nozzle and drip-pan, the frieze with three drawers, on slender cabriole legs headed by foliate clasps, on claw-cast sabots
