Both of waisted cylindrical form, the first with St. Bernard in his habit holding a radiating sun-face within an oval yellow cartouche reserved on a blue ground of scrolling flowering foliage (extensively damaged and with two large areas of repair), 9 1/2in. (24cm.) high; the second with the Crucifixion within a gadrooned oval cartouche reserved on a blue ground, the reverse with martial trophies, between bands of cable-pattern and scrolling foliage (slight cracks and minor glaze chipping)
