With earlier four-stage barrel inlaid with gold at the muzzle and breech and with shaped muzzle, the central section with narrow sighting rib terminating in a shaped panel at each end, that on the rear stamped with maker's mark 'Mustafa Hajji', long gold-damascened tang signed 'Hasan Khan' and with gold-damascened owner's name, scroll engraved lock in the English manner with sprung nipple-guard, the plate with engraved signature 'Ustad Ali Akbar' in Arabic script, finely figured full stock inset on the butt with brass-inlaid roundels, engraved iron trigger-guard, silver scroll side-plate, and shaped silver pommel and barrel band, the former with lanyard ring
