A RARE 50-BORE SWISS POLICE PERCUSSION PISTOL
NEUCHATEL, CIRCA 1850
With turn-off barrel numbered '16' and with knurled breech, box-lock action inscribed 'Ct Neuchâtel' on the right side and numbered '16' on the left, double hammer striking two nipples simultaneously (one nipple replaced), and rounded walnut butt (iron parts polished and with minor pitting)
