With etched twist sighted barrel of exceptional length decorated at the breech with rococo ornament and with Liège proof mark, engraved tang, rounded lock engraved with foliage and struck with crowned maker's mark 'LM', pierced cock, roller, figured walnut full stock, the butt decorated with lines of minute brass dots within designs of incised lines, full white-metal mounts engraved with foliage including trigger-guard and spurred pommel, and original wooden ramrod
