Super-chancery 2° (295 x 195mm). Collation: A6 a8 b10 c8 d-s6 t4. 126 leaves. Roman type, 43 lines. Large woodcut title of a crowned eagle surmounted by text in a banderole, woodcut printer's device on recto of final leaf, initial spaces blank. (Title and lower leaves light stained, upper margins of later leaves affected by damp, a few small wormholes to lower margin.) 16th-century boards (spine torn with loss). Provenance: Octavius Bussus of Senagallia, Umbria, with contemporary ownership inscription and a plea in latin 'O lord, free us from the fury of rustics'; 16th-century accounts for the period 5-11 June 1561 on front endleaves.
